Sammydress provides 30 Days Return Warranty. You can contact Sammydress Customer Service within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that the product you want to return must be sent back in its original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed with tags and labels. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a wrong size or a wrong product, please contact Sammydress with proof such details.

Good News about Sammydress You Must Know

Sammydress provides the Satisfaction Guarantee policy since June 2016. If you are dissatisfied with the order, contact Sammydress customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. you will be offered unconditional resend or refund for orders under US$50. It means you can always get your money back in full even if there is nothing wrong. Notice that this guarantee only applied to orders under 50 USD. (Updated: Sorry, Dear customers, from Jan 2017, Sammydress removed this temporary return policy. But we promise you that you can still enjoy Sammydress’s excellent customer service)

The warranty and return policy about defective or damaged items

It’s easy to get help, if your received item has a fault. Just login on your account, select “My Account” in the top right, and you will arrive at Sammydress Support Center. Complete the form to submit a support ticket. Usually Sammydress after-sale team will reply within 24 hours. You will be asked to provide photos of the defective or damaged product. After the issue has been confirmed by Sammydress, you will be refunded in full for this item. Or if you prefer, Sammydress can send replacement item for fress, while stock last.

What should you do if Sammydress sent you the wrong item

We can’t guarantee that we never make a mistake. In rare instances, Sammydress may send you an incorrect item such as wrong size item, wrong color or a mismatched order. What should you do? Submit a support ticket to Sammydress support center. As a legitimate company, SammyDress usually will reply your message in 24 hours and ask you to choose between resend or refund. Just pick which you prefer.

The item is fine, but I just do not like it any more. Can I return it?

For this issue, Sammydress will provide a best solution regarding this detail of your order. However, if you insist on returning the item back to Sammydress, your customer caree will provide you with a return address and an RMA form to be included. But please be aware: our return policy states that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.

When Will I Get Compensated For My Returned Item?

Sammydress will contact you within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item to offer you compensation. If you choose a repair, Sammydress will send the item to the manufacturer first and then resend the item to you. If you haven’t heard anything from SammyDress within this time frame, please contact our Sammydress support center.
